Sonia is a Partner with Hanold Associates where she focuses on recruiting the best in HR talent across various functions and industries. She brings with her years of diverse experience leveraging her organizational and relationship building skills to help recruit premier HR leaders.
Before joining Hanold Associates, Sonia was a Senior HR & Operations Administrator for Axxiome Group, a financial services IT consulting firm based out of Europe. Prior to that, she was a relationship manager for various boards and advisory councils at Northwestern Medicine in the Philanthropy office.
Prior to Northwestern, Sonia worked in the UK in various roles for the Hong Kong Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) growing her communication, leadership and HR skills, focusing on resourcing and building partnerships between business and IT.
Sonia graduated from the University of Waterloo, Canada with an honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and International Development.
Sonia lives in Chicago and enjoys all the amazing restaurants it has to offer, along with traveling, cooking and spending time with her daughter.
